STRUCTURAL STEEL
Extreme Steel is a CE certified steel fabrication company, we are certified up to Execution Class 2.
Our in-house design team use Tekla software and can provide full 3D drawings for client approval. We then export the plates from the drawing files to our CNC plasma machine where we can cut up to 50mm in plate thickness. Beams and columns then pass through our drill line and then our spray booth ready for supply or installation. This process is very efficient and allows up to provide our clients with quick turn around times.

TEKLA 3D DESIGN
At Extreme Steel we offer both a 2D and 3D in-house design service. We can take your 2D sketches, architect/engineer drawings and provide Tekla 3D drawings for approval.
Upon receiving approval our Tekla software package generates fabrication drawings for our fabricators and welders. This efficiency helps to ensure you receive exactly what you have asked for and that fit and finish is to the highest standard.

BALUSTRADING
We offer many different balustrading solutions including mild steel, aluminium, staniless steel, glass and mixtures of all these materials.

CNC PLASMA CUTTING
Extreme Steels workshop boasts a 2m x 6m CNC Plasma. This plasma machine can cut 1mm - 80mm thick mild steel sheets.
Using efficient drawing and nesting software we cut our sheets as efficiently as possible saving you money by minimising waste.
We cut structural steel plates, stiffeners, intricate balustrade designs, signs, lettering and much more.
All of our plasma cutting is run through our dedicated department PlasmaCut.ie.
