External Stainless Steel and Toughened Safety Glass Work in Mount St. Anne’s

Extreme Steel were awarded an extended sub-contract for additional works for L&M Keating Construction in Killenard, Co. Laois.
Having recently completed all of the Internal Oak Handrail & Glass Balustrade work, Extreme Steel were invited back to design, fabricate and fit all External Disabled Ramps and Stairs in the picturesque surroundings of Mount St. Anne’s Retreat and Conference Centre.
The grounds of Mount St. Anne’s are set in 30 acres of mature lawns, serene pasture and woodlands and it was of high importance to both the Architect and Client that the External Steelwork was to integrate with the newly refurbished building and its natural surroundings.
Our design team set about meeting these criteria and, upon consultation with all parties involved, it was agreed that Stainless Steel Handrails and Balustrades with Toughened Safety Glass Infill’s would lend themselves perfectly to the project.
Extreme Steel completed these works within programme and we are now in the process of reinstating some of the old railings within the grounds of Mount St. Anne’s for the Client.
